David Silva said that the game against Arsenal will not determine who would go on to win the Premier League this season.


Manchester City will face the Gunners in the Premier League competition tonight. Many people think of both teams as the club that has the greatest chance to be the best in Britain at the end of the season.


But Silva refused to make predictions that are too ambitious about the match.


"Arsenal is our toughest rival, and this is an important game, but will not determine anything," said Silva in the Daily Mail.


"Obviously, Arsenal is a team that could be a champion. With the players they have, they have everything to be a champion.


"For us, this will only mean a victory. When you win, you will feel confident and you will have a lot of experience to be able to win the title."
