Former Liverpool player, Jamie Carragher claimed, if Manchester United really appoint Jose Mourinho then it will turn off the history of Manchester United.

Carragher history is certainly not historical achievement trophy at Old Trafford, but the history is pandit Sky Sports is the history that Manchester United always bear young stars from their academy.

Speaking in the event SkySports Monday Night Football, Carragher has revealed that he remains confident Mourinho will lead to success at Manchester United, but on the other side of the club's policy will be the potential of the academy itself will die.

"Mouriho is going to win the trophy. But on the other hand, he was so good with young players, playing attractive football. He does not like it," he said.

"They will actually forget some of the principles that have made the club as to what they were in the 50 to 60 years. All because they are desperate to feel the trophy again," he said.

Mourinho himself is the middle name was widely linked with Manchester United as a replacement for Louis van Gaal.
